Access control
Access to client information, systems and project data is limited to authorised personnel, contractors or service providers who need access to deliver services or support business operations.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public client business information, technical information, system access details, project data and commercial information as confidential unless disclosure is authorised or required by law.
Third-party providers
We may use reputable third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, email, analytics, project management, payment processing, accounting and security. Third-party providers are used only where reasonably necessary for business operations or project delivery.
Client access and credentials
Where clients provide system access, credentials or API keys, clients should provide only the access level required for the project. We recommend using role-based access, temporary access and revoking access after project completion where appropriate.
Data retention and deletion

Security incidents
If we become aware of a security incident that materially affects client data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate and notify affected parties where required by applicable law.
